Join the Mellwood Art Center community!
Come join the community at the Mellwood Art Center! Our large complex includes 5 event rooms, Mellwood Antique Mall, the Bristol catering, 4 gyms, and 170+ artist studios and office spaces.
Most spaces are available for $1.10 per square foot. Courtyard Spaces are $1.25 per square foot. Interested in touring a studio space? Call or email to set up an appointment. We give studio tours Monday to Friday from 10:00AM to 5:00PM. We look forward to hearing from you!
Renter Perks:
- Mellwood studio spaces are open to renters 24/7
- We offer developed spaces as small as 100 square feet up to undeveloped areas as large 30,000 square feet
- 10% off on the event rooms excluding Saturdays
Open Studio Spaces
Available Now:
- # 158 – (200 sf) $220 rent + $35 utilities = $255 per month
*Units with an asterisk are retail spaces. Tenants in these spaces must sell a product and be open Wednesday through Saturday 12-5 PM.
NOTE:
-Mellwood Art Center has a 15% cap on health & beauty businesses and is currently at maximum capacity.
