With our photo passes, even photographers without studios here at Mellwood can take advantage of our unique space. The Mellwood facility is filled with murals, industrial spaces, and beautiful event venues. Kill two birds with one stone and take engagement photos and tour our event venues on the same day. Looking to take family photos? Don’t forget Fido, Mellwood is a pet-friendly facility. Our unique spaces make the perfect backdrop for editorial and promotional photoshoots too! Photographer passes are good for one day at $45 per pass.

Student Discount

We offer a 15% discount on photo passes to high school and college students. Must supply student ID or current transcript.

Tenant Special

Those renting studio spaces may take photographs and videos for free.

Event Special

If you have rented an event venue, you may take engagement photos or family portraits for free prior to your event. You may also take photographs and videos in all the common areas on the day of your event.
