Celebrate Mellwood’s 20th Anniversary with us!

We are excited to celebrate 20 years of this amazing arts community!

We’ll kick off the day at 11 AM with Mellwood Handmade Market in the Van Gogh room and morning Yoga at 11:15 AM with Ashtanga Yoga at the main stage in the Da Vinci Room. Later catch performances by Singer/Songwriter Caitlyn Justice, Classic Melodies performance troupe “Top Note” and others! The whole family can enjoy carnival games with prizes, community art projects, silent disco, contra dancing and more in our two largest event rooms. We close out the night at the main stage with a Karaoke Competition from 6-9 PM. Absolute Studio Theater and Unsupervised Adults podcast are our hosts, and there are CASH PRIZES!

Admission and parking are FREE! Pets are welcome on-leash.

Food & Beverage Vendors

Butchertown Brewing will be serving up a selection of their craft beers at the bar in the Da Vinci Room.

Bristol Catering will have a selection of wine and liquor at the bar in the Van Gogh Room.  You’ll also find them in the Da Vinci Room serving up “The Mellwood” – a special pork chop sandwich with a twist – and their famous green chili wantons! You’ll also find Danny Mac’s Pizza there (benefitting Harbor House) with some of their award-winning pizza, Soul Hi Vegan with some soulful vegan treats, and Stumps Diner Food Truck, to name a few!

Mellwood Handmade Market

Shop with over 60 local handmade vendors from 11 AM-5 PM in the Van Gogh Room with this special edition of Mellwood Handmade. This totally INDOOR market features artists and makers from Mellwood and throughout the region, and promises to deliver something for everyone. From ceramics, to fiber arts, to fine art, it’s all here!

Volunteer Opportunities:

Are you interested in volunteering? We need a few volunteers to help with set-up and vendor check-in in the morning, and to help run carnival games and community art projects throughout the day! Email info@mellwoodartcenter.com if you’re interested in playing an instrumental role in this celebration! You’ll get a 20th Anniversary T-shirt out of the deal, too!
