“Celebration of Life” photo exhibition 

The Bridge Gallery in the Mellwood Art Center is please to host the first showing of the 2008 “Celebration of Life” photo contest winners throughout the month of June.

The images captured are expressions of optimism, exuberance, and inspiration which celebrate the appreciation of life and victory in life’s challenges.

The "Celebration of Life" photography contest is an international showcase for new and emerging artists as well as professional photographers. From nearly 1800 entries, the anonymously selected 16 winners of the competition will be featured in exhibitions in local galleries throughout Louisville, Kentucky.

There will be a opening ceremony recognizing the artists during the F.A.T trolley hop May 30, at 7 P.M.
